American Le Mans Series Champions Patrón Highcroft Racing has had a tremendous season on the racetrack – and on the path towards ending malaria deaths in Africa.  
Malaria No More and Patrón Highcroft Racing teamed up again this year for the Miles To End Malaria campaign, where fans have been able to join the race via their cell phones by texting “MILES” to 85944 to make a one-time $10 donation to Malaria No More.

Results are in! We’re winning the fight against malaria, but your help over the next five years is crucial.

Representatives from the Senegalese Ministry of Health and health organizations led a Rainy Season Caravan, from August 30th to September 7th, which visited seven cities during the rainy season – the peak time of malaria transmission.

According to a recent article, Sesame Street is moving back to Nigeria this fall, where it’s called Sesame Square. And Cookie Monster’s been replaced with Kami, who is HIV positive, and Zobi, who teaches malaria prevention.
